Gin distilled with 7 botanicals and characterized by a double passage in wooden barrels. The new Gin is refined in Barbados Rum barrique barrels and then in Schioppetino Vermouth cherry barrels. During aging, the Rum and Vermouth penetrate the pores of the wood of the barrels extracting both the aromatic components and the pigments and therefore the color. It is precisely this double passage in wooden barrels that gives the new Gin of the Fred Jerbis line that dark amber color that recalls fine spirits thanks to the woody nuances and the scent of intense notes. The new Gin Rhum & Vermut Double Finish Cask will fascinate lovers of Rum and Whisky because it adds a direct sensation of Rum to the botanical note and ends with a hint of cherry, expressing a very interesting complexity.
