Fred's Distillery
The Gin Island, this is where Federico's distillery was born. We are in Polcenigo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy in the province of Pordenone, surrounded by green mountains.
Here time passes slowly, like the fresh streams and creeks that surround this beautiful village immersed in the nature of the Friulian foothills.
On this little island, right in the center of Polcenigo, stands the Cremasco Distillery, its laboratory and a botanical garden where you can observe and touch the plants and the work of Federico. It is in this magical place that Fred cultivates, experiments and creates his spirits and liqueurs.
Next to the laboratory is Officina delle Tinture, Federico's place, where our Barman Alessandro offers Drink & Focacce: excellent cocktails paired with focaccia, all freshly prepared with quality ingredients and great passion. There are many experiences, tours and tastings that can be done on the island and in the Distillery.
From the classic tasting of the products of the Opificio Fred line, to the creation of the personalized Gin with herbs and with the help of Federico.
We have also created tours, itineraries on foot or by e-bike, to discover the territory: nature, history and food and wine to get to know Fred, Polcenigo and our beloved Friuli Venezia Giulia.
